On : 12.2.8 version, Upgrade related issues

After upgrading to 12.2.8, when attempting to run adzddbcc.sql (Database Compliance Checker) script, the following error is returned:


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the $AD_TOP/sql/adzddbcc.sql script.
