ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Synchronize Employee' program is not updating resource end_date from employee end_date


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Synchronize Employee' program should update resource end_date

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.  Terminate an employee in HR 

2.  Run 'Synchronize Employee' concurrent request (CRM Administrator > Requests > Run) 

3.  Query the resource (Resource Manager > Maintain Resources > Resources) 

4.  Resource END DATE field is NULL even though the employee has been terminated in HR
