POAPPRV Workflow Email Failing Due To Framework Content (Doc ID 2775595.1)

On : 12.2.6 version, Approval related

The seeded POAPPRV workflow results in a failed email notification.

The following error is observed in the debug log:
{Unhandled exception in the Oracle Applications Framework layer -> {Error occured while processing the request}} with details {<META name="fwk-error-detail" content="oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException%3A+oracle.jbo.NoDefException%3A+JBO-25058%3A+Definition+ChargeAccount+of+type+Attribute+not+found+in+PoNotifLinesSummaryVO%0A%09at+oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException

The error message was 'Definition+ChargeAccount+of+type+Attribute+not+found+in+PoNotifLinesSummaryVO'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Respsonbility
2. Create and submit a PO for approval
3. Email notification failed with the above error
