Lead Owner Is Not Assigned On Lead Creation (Doc ID 2775767.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Lead Owner is not assigned on Lead creation for the lead having multiple interest.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Lead Owner should be assigned on Lead creation

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to E-Business Center form.
2. Enter prospect
3. Click Leads TAB
4. Enter Source, Status and Channel
5. Click on Details

Enter Product Category - 1
Remove that line.
Enter Product Category - 2
Change it Product Category - 1
(do some changes like add, clear, etc)

6. Click on Save.
7.Lead will be generated but Lead owner/group is not assigned
