Note Details Created Are Getting Duplicated In HTML Contact Center Page (Doc ID 2775800.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Note details entered in Note Summary box in HTML contact center page is getting duplicated

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Note details entered should not be duplicated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Navigate to (R) Service > Customer Management > HTML Contact Center
2. Search for Customer.
3. Click on Notes tile
4. Click on Create Note button
5. Enter the below text in note box (in Richtext mode)
       "This is test note in HTML contact center"
6. Click on Save and Close button
7. In the Note Summary section, it showing duplicate lines

        This is test note in HTML contact center
        This is test note in HTML contact center

8. Same issue exists even in Plain Text mode
