Symptoms

The ECC Projects Command Center Data Load processes have slow performance and fail with following error in log file:


Steps:

  1. Navigate to ECC Developer Responsibility
  2. Go to Data Load Submission
  3. Select Application --> Projects
  4. Data Set --> ALL
  5. Load Type --> Full Load
  6. Click on Submit
