Extract Revenue Basis Data Program Is Not Picking Up Satisfaction Lines In The Output

Symptoms
Customer created an Order and booked it and subsequently run the Extract Revenue program for which Header and Line details were being extracted. When the order was shipped, customer ran the extract program again but this time the satisfaction lines were not being picked up in the output. Customer then run the workflow background process that interfaced the line to EBS AR and invoices being created and accounted for. Extract Revenue program was again ran for the third time but still the satisfaction lines were not being picked up in the extract.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables responsibility
Navigation: Control > Requests > Run > Single Request
Submit "Extract Revenue Basis Data" concurrent program
