Symptoms

Purge process fails with

"ORA-00001: unique constraint (AP.AP_HISTORY_INVOICES_U2) violated" in the concurrent request log file.

Open Merge form (Payables Purge: Purge)
Create a record with category : "Invoices and POs" or "Simple Invoices"
Click the Initiate button

The resulting request fails with the listed error
