Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, Revenue
When attempting to account revenue,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

This line cannot be accounted until the accounting event that it references has been fully accounted. Please ensure the accounting events for the transaction with the following identifiers for the application Projects have been accounted: project_id: XXXX draft_revenue_num: YYYY.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Run PRC: Create Accounting request.
