Unable To Generate SOAP service and Unable Deploy/Undeploy REST Service
Below are the different error displayed while Generate/Deploy SOAP/REST service

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Integrated SOA Gateway --> Integration Interface in iRepository
2. For SOAP Service Click on the tab "SOAP Web Service" and Click on "Generate" button
3. For REST Service Click on the tab "REST Web service" and Click on "Deploy" button
BUSINESS IMPACT
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Deploy/Undeploy REST service for any of the E-Business suite integration interfaces
