Symptoms

Cannot cancel a line on a Blanket Agreement

  1. Query the Blanket Purchase Agreement in the PO Summary form
  2. Click on Tools->->
  3. Control->
  4. Cancel PO line an error occurs:
    Error: Document #nnnnn, Line #nn : Open releases exist against the purchase document (please find attached).
