UNABLE TO ADD A NEW LINE AND SAVE BLANKET SALES AGREEMENT (Doc ID 2777800.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Users are not able to update records on existing Blanket Sales Agreement (BSA). The records are not getting updated when trying to save records. This behavior is seen after R12.2.9 upgrade from R12.1.3

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to save values entered in fields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Open the Sales Agreement form
3. Query the existing BSA.
4. Go to the Fulfillment tab at the bottom and enter the Value in any field
5. Save.
6. The record doesn’t get saved.
7. If you try to close the form get the warning:
  Do you want to save the changes you have made?
8. After clicking Yes, the record is not saved.
