Symptoms

Users cannot access the Payment Details page from Contact Center. The following error is displayed.

Function not available to this responsibility. Change responsibilities or contact your System Administrator




Steps
(R) Service
(N) Customers > Contact Center 
Query a Cusotmer
Click on the Invoices tab and select an Invoice
Click Payment Processing
Click Bank Transfer tab
Click the ... next to Account Number

The error above is displayed.
