Symptoms
On oracle application 12.2 release,entering translated values for the value set gives below exception
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Connect to EBS application
2.Navigate to value set values
3.Select value set values
4.Click on Translation option (Globe Symbol)
5.Enter translated values.
6.Save the changes.
