When trying to open the Spares Management Parts Requirement HTML page, getting the:

Error:
The descriptive flexfield with application name Spares Management (CSP) and name Spares Requirement Lines (CSP_REQUIREMENT_LINES) is not frozen. Please contact your system administrator.

Steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Spares Management -> Parts Requirement Html

Get the above mentioned error message as soon as the page is displayed.
