OTL Timecard Approval Notifications Do Not Appear in All Actions Awaiting Your Attention (Doc ID 2778517.1)

 OTL Timecard Approval approval notifications do not appear in All Actions Awaiting Your Attention.
These notifications can be seen the the Worklist.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit a Timecard approval request from OTL

2. Log in as the Approver

3. See the notification in the Worklist available in the Home Page

4. Navigate to Manager Self-Service > All Actions Awaiting Your Attention.

5. The notifications are not there.
