PO Printable View Option Is Not Available In IProcurement

Symptoms
In iProcurement the PO Printable View option is not available even after applying Patch 29526270
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Navigate to Requisitions tab
3. Locate the PO # for Requisitions that have the PO created
4. Click on the PO#
5. On the Actions menu (upper right hand "Actions" LOV) the 'Printable View' option is not available
