Symptoms

The PARGDR_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project process does not generate revenue for a project with pending close status and has following rejection:
 


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

In Projects responsibility, run the concurrent process, PARGDR_SINGLE: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project or PARGDR: PRC: Generate Draft Revenue
