Symptoms
After upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10 the following error is encountered in the Projects form (PAXPREPR) when trying to copy a project from template:
Error:
API: PA_FP_COPY_FROM_PKG.COPY_FINPLANS_FROM_PROJECT SQL
ERROR MESSAGE: USER-DEFINED EXCEPTION
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects responsibility select Projects from the navigator.
2. Enter the template in the Number field and click 'Find'
3. Select 'Copy To'
4. Enter in the Project Quick Entry Values and click on 'OK'
