Sorting By Date Not Working In Oracle Pricing Maintenance

Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Price List Mass Maintenance
1. When attempting to Sort the Fields in Price List Maintenance through Detail Change: Make Changes, the following warning occurs.
WARNING

Warning
The table cannot be sorted because it has pending changes which would be lost.
2. After Clicking on "Refresh Data" button, Sorting the "Changed Start Date" results in below error:
ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
3. When attempting to Sort the Fields in Price List Maintenance through Bulk Change: Make Changes,
the following error occurs. This happens only for field ""Changed Start Date"". For other fields, Sorting occurs successfully.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Oracle Applications.
2. Go to Oracle Pricing Administrator Responsibility.
3. Click on Price List Maintenance
4. Perform the actions mentioned above and observe the stated behavior.
