GMSAWEAW: Award Errors When Extending The Dates Specified With Ship To Address Is Not A Valid Address For Customer (Doc ID 2782752.1)

Symptoms

When a user tries to extend the dates on an award, they receive the form error message 'The Specified Ship to Address is not a valid address for the Customer'.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in  to a Grants Accounting Responsibility
  2. Navigate to Award
  3. Find the award to modify
  4. Click Open
  5. Change the Award Completion Date and the Award Close date
  6. Save
  7. Encounter error message.
