Error while adding retention billing terms
ERROR

"Task number and task name do not match. Please reenter"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Project Billing Responsibility, open projects form.
2. Enter project name, click find. Click Open button.
3. Under options, select Billing Information> Retention. This opens Retention Summary web page.
4. Can see customers name, select Details icon.
5. Click on 'Change to Top Task' button.
5. Under Billing terms zone, select 'Add' button to add billing terms.
6. Enter data.
