Consolidated Bill Group Form (PAXINBGR) Errors: FRM-40831: Truncation Occurred: Value Too Long For Field CUSTOMER (Doc ID 2783344.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from 12.2.6 to 12.2.10 consolidated bill groups cannot be queried in the Consolidated Bill Group form (PAXINBGR) due to the following error:

FRM-40831: Truncation occurred: value too long for field
CUSTOMER

This only happens for bill groups created prior to the upgrade. Newly created bill groups can be queried successfully.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects responsibility, navigate to Billing -->Consolidated Bill Group.
2. Query an upgraded consolidated bill group.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.2.6 to 12.2.10
