ECC - Incremental Load Fails With ORA-00942: Table Or View Does Not Exist (Doc ID 2783489.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, ECC Version 4 (ECCv4)

When attempting to submit the ECC Incremental Load program, the below error occurs -


ERROR

ERROR 2.o.e.i.u.s.i.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule ICX_ECC_UTIL_PVT.get_ecc_data_load_info with dataset icx-catalog for job 20,334
java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:494) ~[ojdbc8.jar:12.2.0.1.0]
at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:446) ~[ojdbc8.jar:12.2.0.1.0]


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate to Reports
3. Run and submit the concurrent request "iProcurement ECC Data Load" for the incremental load
    Parameters:
  - Load Type = Incremental
  - Languages = US
  - Log Level = DEBUG
  - SQL Trace = False
4. The program completes with above error
