Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

Projects - Online Help Contents page not working after 12.2.10 upgrade

Unexpected Error
OHW has encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Projects Super User responsibility., from forms based responsibility navigator
2. Click on '?' icon, opens on-line help page 'View Topics' tab
3. Clicking on Contents tab from online help in a Projects responsibility generates the error.
4. Works fine for other product responsibilities
