Blank Absence Creation Page Launched When "Create Absence" button is clicked. (Doc ID 2784381.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------

Observed that, In Employee Self Service, when create absence page is launched, the page is not showing any fields / controls, the page is blank

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------------

Expect that, In Employee Self Service, when create absence page is launched, the page should be showing the fields / controls to enter the Absence record data, the page should not be blank

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "Employee Self Service" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to function "Absence Management".

3. In the launched page click on "Create Absence" button.

4. In the launched page, able to see below warning message displayed on top of the page, but no other fields or controls are displayed and the page is blank.

        Warning Message:
        -------------------------------

        "Personalization is currently disabled. Your application might not work as expected."

WHAT WILL WORK
---------------------

Should be able to carry out the Absence Transaction successfully in Professional User Interface (PUI) / Forms
