Symptoms

When attempting to access EBS forms the following error occurs.

FRM-92102 Network error was occured


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upgrade EBS JDK
2. Login into EBS
3. Launch any EBS form

Changes

Upgraded the JDK on the back-end Forms/Web Tiers
