PAAPIMP_SI Submit PRC: Interface Supplier Costs Request in Self Service Errors With $SRS$ Error (Doc ID 2785884.1)

Reproduction Steps:

1) > Projects self service responsibility > Requests > Schedule.

2) In the Schedule Request: Define page, choose New Request radio button.

Type in PRC: Interface Supplier Costs, to the Program Name field. Then
quickly click the Parameters tab. No parameters are shown. Then clicked on
the NLS Settings tab. Receive the error.

Error
Program error. Please inform your support representative that the descriptive
flexfield $SRS$.null in the application could not be found.

The issue appears to be with typing in the complete process name, or
copying/pasting the complete process name. The error does not occur when
choosing the process from the magnifying glass LOV.
