How to retrieve the list of active customer site numbers associated with a given operating unit for a Party Number (Registry ID) using SQL Script ?

Business Requirement:

Customer Name: ABCD Customer
Registry ID : 59995
ORG_ID = 204

Steps:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Customers > Create/Maintain Customers
1.Query the Registry ID
2.Click on Details icon in Customer Account region
3. Need to get the below shown list of customer site numbers for the above mentioned customer using SQL Script:
