Symptoms

User receiving the following error when accessing the General Ledger (GL) Accounting Setup Manager (ASM) screen after applying the April 2021 CPU patch 32438190:

ERROR
java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException
BalOptEOVOImpl.initBalAcctsQuery(BalOptEOVOImpl.java:140)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (N) GL Responsibility > Setup > Financials > Accounting Setup Manager > Accounting Setups
2. Query desired ledger and update. Click on Intracompany Balancing Rules update
3. Click on Define Rules for the desired LE name
4. A webpage appears showing error 'You have encountered an unexpected error'. The detail error shows 'java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException'

Changes

April 2021 CPU patch applied.
