EBS: Unable To Reset Password for one user from EBS UI Preference page (Doc ID 2786318.1)

When attempting to reset EBS application user password in EBS UI > preference page one user is getting
the following error 

"insufficient privileges for the current operation"

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into the application and choose the "Preferences" link in the top right of the window.

2. Enter “Old Password” (current password) in the field followed by the “New Password” and “Repeat Password” details to change your password.

3. Select “Apply” button at the bottom of the page.



 No Changes
