FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND while updating Sourcing Deliverables (Doc ID 2786788.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Auction/RFx creation

When attempting to update sourcing deliverables from supplier sourcing negotiation in Create Quote the following error occurs

 Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: FND_VIEWOBJECT_NOT_FOUND. Tokens: VONAME = EgoExtFwkAM.OKC_DELIVERABLES_EXT_ATTRS510MARTA_MILESTONE_DETAILSOKC_DELIVERABLE; APPLICATION_MODULE = oracle.apps.okc.deliverables.server.DeliverableDetailsAM;

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sourcing Supplier
2. Click Sourcing Home Page
3. Select a Negotiation
4. Negotiations > Active and Draft Response > Create Quote
5. Scroll down to Deliverables region
6. Click on any Deliverable name item and error occurs
