Ledger parameter is greyed out and cannot be selected when trying to run EMEA VAT: selection process.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to AR/AP localization responsibility
2. View > Requests > Submit a new request
3. Run EMEA VAT: Selection: Process
