Symptoms

When running AUD: Task Details the following errors are encountered in the log:

REP-0004: Warning: Unable to open user preference file.
REP-1401: 'cf_customer_nameformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1401: 'cf_customer_nameformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

Reproduce By Steps:

From Projects Responsibility
Navigate: Other -> Requests -> Run
Select AUD: Task Details
Click Submit
