ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Revised payment not created for last period after adding new payment line.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Revised payment should have been created for all periods after adding new payment line.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Property Manager superuser responsibility.
2. Go to Leases and Documents > Main Lease > Enter Leases and Documents
3. Query for the existing lease.
4. Edit the Lease and add a new payment line.
5. Approve the lease and run the Lease Detail report.
6. Notice that revised payment did not generate for last period.
