Symptoms

After applying patch:32250967, in the Search Consolidated Invoices page, the following error is encountered in the page when selecting the List of Values (LOV) for
both Consolidated Bill Group and Consolidated Invoice Number:

Exception Details:

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.NoDefException: JBO-25058: Definition EstTax of type Attribute not found in PADftConInvVO

Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects responsibility navigate to Projects:Billing -->Consolidated Invoice Review
2. Select the LOV for Consolidated Bill Group or Consolidated Invoice Number
