Export Button Is Disabled via iPhone(iOS + Safari) in iSupplier Portal Screen (Doc ID 2788708.1)

Symptoms

When accessing to iSupplier Portal screen from the iPhone (iOS + Safari or Edge), the 'Export' button is disabled(gray out).
This issue could not be reproduced in iPad.
