ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PRDS (Purchase Requisition Data Standard) location flag is set at supplier header level instead of site.
Federal suppliers are being flagged as PRDS locations at the header level, rather than at the agency specific site level. This affects all agencies that use the supplier, and the MIPR (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request) process. This causes PRDS files to be generated and sent, without the intent or knowledge of agencies.
Request that code be updated to only allow PRDS files to be generated if the flag is set at the supplier site level.
