Existing Accounting Sequences Cannot Be Queried No Records Are Returned (Doc ID 2790202.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to query existing Accounting Sequences in General Ledger (GL), there are no values returned.
There are existing sequences that are defined, but the form will not return them when queried.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to be able to query the previously defined sequences.


STEPS TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE
-------------------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)GL Super User > Setup > Financials > Sequences > Accounting > Define
2. Query using a known sequence name.
This issue can be seen in different querying scenarios including:
If accounting name begins with number and include character, when fuzzy query using name include character, then no data found.
3. Query returns no results.


Defined sequences are also returned via SQL query, so are proven to exist in the table:
