Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, State Quarterly Periodic Wage Listings (Enhanced) - SPWL

When attempting to submit the State Periodic Wage Listing (SPWL) the following error occurs:

ERROR

Error ORA_20001
Ora-6512 at APPS.PAY_ARCHIVE, line 1234
ORA-6512 at line 3
has occurred in table
pay_archive_process_employee at location 1108


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Submit the Single Request > Concurrent Program > State Periodic Wage Listing for multiple states
  2. One GRE in the State finishes without error, a Second GRE ends in error
  3. Navigate to View > Payroll Process Results window > query in the State Periodic Wage Listing > click on message
  4. Error observed for specific assignment(s)
