Error "Descriptor InternalItemNumber does not exist in the catalog" Occurring While Trying To Update Agreements in the Buyers Work Center (Doc ID 2792186.1)

Symptoms

Customer is trying to update price in GBPA through Bulk upload

While loading the data the following error is occuring for each line item


ERROR


Error: Descriptor InternalItemNumber does not exist in the catalog.


Steps to Reproduce the Issue


 

  1. Navigate to the Buyers Work Center (BWC)
  2. Go to the Agreements Tab, Query the GBPA and go to the Lines
  3. On the Pulldown menu choose "Update via Excel" and upload a spreadsheet with 1 or more items and a new price to update on the current GBPA
  4. Error then occurs
