Symptoms
Customer is trying to update price in GBPA through Bulk upload
While loading the data the following error is occuring for each line item
ERROR
Error: Descriptor InternalItemNumber does not exist in the catalog.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue
- Navigate to the Buyers Work Center (BWC)
- Go to the Agreements Tab, Query the GBPA and go to the Lines
- On the Pulldown menu choose "Update via Excel" and upload a spreadsheet with 1 or more items and a new price to update on the current GBPA
- Error then occurs
