Unable To Purge A Specific Contingent Worker Due to Project Transaction Control (Doc ID 2792357.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to purge one person (Contingent Worker)
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Cannot delete a person with Transaction Control details


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to HRMS responsibility
2. People form -> query needed person
3. Click on delete button -> select Purge
4. Error is raised -> Cannot delete a person with Transaction Control details
