WebADI Create Document Error "Cannot Execute SQL Statement" (Doc ID 2792513.1)

Symptoms

Web Applications Desktop Interator (WebADI) applications version 12.2.9 seeing error after upgrade from 12.1.3.

Getting "Cannot execute SQL Statement" when clicking on create document in WebADI.

Recently upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9, and getting cannot execute SQL statement error in a custom WebADI integrator after selecting create document.
All the Structured Query Language (SQL) statement inside the WebADI integrator are executing correctly when run in SQL but on creating document getting this error.

ERROR

Cannot execute SQL statement.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Desktop Integrator responsibility.
2. Query the Integrator at issue, select create document after filling in the parameters.
3. Receive the error.



Changes

 Upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.9.
