Goal

Under the Life Event tab in the Program Enrollment Requirements and Plan Enrollment Requirements form, there are 2 flags under the Program, Plan Type, and Plan tabs.

These flags are "Current Enrollment Precludes Change" and "Still Eligible, Can't Change".
