Unable To View GL Journal Attachments From Journals Form After Attaching at Batch Level (Doc ID 2792641.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to view an attached on the Journals form, having previously done an attachment at the Batch form, it results in an error:

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Steps to Reproduce:

A) Ensure attachment exists at Batch level:

1)  Sign into the application with a responsibility which can enter and edit journals, such as General Ledger Superuser.

2)  Choose Journals -- Enter Journals

3)  Select button for New Batch

4)  Enter a Batch

5)  Choose Journals, and enter at least two balanced (offsetting) lines.  SAVE.

6)  Return to Batch form.

7)  Choose the Attachments paper clip in the Toolbar.  Follow on screen options to load a File as the Attachment.

8)  From the main menu, most to Journals -- Post and post your sample journal.

B)  Select the Inquiry menu and follow this menu path to review an account used in step 5 above:

Inquiry > Account > (query account) > Show Journal Details > Show Full Journal

9)  Click on the Attachment paper clip in the Toolbar.  You will get the message: 

FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved
