Actual Behavior
Defaulting of Order Line Warehouse does not work when the Line in Shipset

Expected Behavior
Expect Defaulting of Order Line Warehouse does work when the Line in Shipset

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Prerequisite: Setup Default Warehouse of the line : M1
(N)OM > Setup > Rules > Defaulting

(N)OM > Orders, Returns > Sales Orders
Create Order and add Line with Warehouse : M2 and add to Shipset (Enter Shipset field as 1)
Change Line Ship To Location then Warehouse is not changed to M1
(Note: if the line is not in shipset then Warehouse is default to M1)
