FSG Transfer Error: Exiting Routine 'copy_single_component' (Doc ID 2793615.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run FSG Transfer the following error occurs.

ERROR

SQL: Executing:
> ORA-00923: FROM keyword not found where expected
LOG: Exiting routine 'copy_axis_set' with error.
.
Encountered error while transferring row set 'XXXX'. Cancelling transfer of this row set.
.
LOG: Exiting routine 'copy_single_component'.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Responsibility = General Ledger Super User GUI
GUI Navigation = Reports/Request/Standard
Program Name = RGRXFR (Program - FSG Transfer)

1. In the Name field, select the concurrent program named
  Program - FSG Transfer

2. Enter the following parameters:
   Component Type
   Component Name
   Source DB Chart of Accounts
   Target DB Chart of Accounts
   Source Database

3. Submit the request by clicking on the [Submit] button.

4.  Error is seen in LOG file
