Symptoms

Requisition Rate Type not getting Populated when created from Catalog Button and Negotiated

Create quotation catalog with Currency EUR and rate type OWN RATE TYPE and  Item TEST ITEM 

Quote number 123

Open Requisition form  enter header click the Catalog button
Search for Negotiated Item TEST ITEM  select source

Requisition screen is populated and the Rate type is not populated

Changes
