Symptoms

Unable to book an appointment from Servprov User if location resource is having the preference level more than 10.

Appointment failed to book:



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Dock Manager > Search for the location >
2. Click on View Group Resources
3. Select the resource type which is having preference level as more than 10, Click OK
