Incremental Load for Receivables Command Center Data Load Fails with Error: ORA-01843: not a valid month on ECC Receivables V6 Version (Doc ID 2795217.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8 and fresh implementation of ECC V6 Version, when attempting to run Incremental Load for Receivables Command Center Data Load, the following error occurs in the Log file:

ERROR 1.o.e.i.u.s.i.DataLoadControllerServiceImpl - There is an error while trying to ingest data for this load rule AR_ECC_UTIL_PVT.GET_ECC_DATA_LOAD_INFO with dataset ar-period-close for job 13,611java.sql.SQLDataException: ORA-01843: not a valid month at oracle.jdbc.driver

Navigation
: View> Requests>

  1. Submit Receivables Command Center Data Load for INCREMENTAL_LOAD
  2. Check the Log file> Error occurs
